The first stage of the investment plan concerning the complete form of Thraki Palace Hotel & Conference Center was contacted in three phases:

1. 1st phase: August 2001 (Hotel - 75 rooms)
2. 2nd phase: December 2001 (Conference Center)
3. 3rd phase: January 2003 until June 2003 (Extension of 75 rooms).

The second stage includes the construction of a fully organized Spa - Thalassotherapy Center with a total extent of 2.400 m2. In particular, the construction will begin isometime in the year 2008 with an anticipated opening in the summer months of the coming year.

The third stage of the complete investment plan includes the extension of the complex infrastructure by adding another 225 beds in the hotel's occupancy and by building an organized marina for the reception of all nature of recreations ships

It is understood that after the completion of the investment plan, Thraki Palace Hotel & Conference Center will constitute an important focus for attracting visitors in the wider area of the Balkans, the countries of Eastern Europe, Russia, and the countries of the Black Sea, since it is located in a position of particular geopolitical importance that is described as the gate of Europe to the East.
